Welcome to September!
We have a few updates from the last month and some news about the month ahead. So here we go!
Website Update
We have completely revamped our website, including access to all your game resources such as character sheets, action mats, cheatsheets, etc. You can find these resources under the TWD section of the website.
Production Update
All books have been produced. We've received some advanced copies from the mass production and are really happy with how great the illustrations look. As of yesterday, they are in transit on their way to us. Which bring us to....
Shipping Update
The estimate for arrival is mid-October, but as we are going to be exhibiting at Spiel we decided to split the order and have part of it sent straight to Germany, these will arrive a little sooner. Any backers in the Northerm Hemisphere, we will ship your copies from Germany. Then once we arrive back in Melbourne we will send out copies to Aus/NZ backers in mid-October.
EU/UK/USA/CAN backers will all have their physical rewards shipped in early October.
AUS/NZ backers will have their physical rewards shipping in mid October.
We expect all copies should have been delivered by the end of October.
Finally, we have some big convention news. We were lucky enough to get a surprise slot at the Conquest Market Fair on Saturday the 31st of August. We got to run several groups through TWD and got some great feedback. In October we will be exhibiting at two more major conventions.
Spiel 2024
We will be exhibiting at Spiel, booth 2A330. If you're going to Spiel please come and say hi. We will be running demonstration games, and we will have physical copies for sale. Both Tom and I will be here and would be thrilled to meet you.
PAX Melbourne 2024
On the same weekend, TWD will also be at PAX Australia! Two of our friends and contributors will be running demo games with PAX At The Table. This wouldn't be possible without the support of ARC (the Australian Roleplay Community) so please check them out if you like RPGs and Australia. Due to the rules of PAX, we won't have copies for sale at PAX. But we will be able to take digital orders for PDFs and physical copies. Orders in Melbourne will get free shipping once Tom & I have the books being sent to Melbourne.
Pledge Manager
The pledge manager will be closed off tomorrow. Only a few people have yet to finalise their pledges but if that's you, get in quick! Any incomplete pledges can email us Contact@friendsofthetable.com and we will get you your rewards :)
